When their owner moved, Oregon was dropped off at a shelter in Texas. This poor boy was underweight and not in the best of shape when NorthStar rescued him. He was heartworm positive but we got him the medical care this sweet senior guy needed to feel better. Oregon had been adopted when he arrived in NJ but has now been returned to NorthStar’s care and will be looking for a new home. This is such a sweet senior boy – he gets along with everyone: other dogs, cats, people young and old! Oregon is 12 1/2 years old and currently weighs 90 pounds – he is no longer underweight!
