Discover tasty seasonal vinaigrettes and marinades that will impress your guests and family. Learn about basic tips and tricks, interesting infused oil and vinegar combinations, and enticing accompaniments from chef Natalie Biondi.
Natalie is a trained chef who studied at the International Culinary Center in Manhattan and ALMA La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana in Parma, Italy. She completed her internship at Ristorante Guido, located in Piedmont, Italy.
Participants will have an opportunity to taste vinaigrettes and marinades applied to recipes and will be provided with recipe cards to take home.
